Black Swan Technologies was founded in 2010 by Chief Information Officer, Thought Leader, and Cybersecurity expert, Brian Nesgoda, CISSP, CCNA. Brian is a seasoned veteran of the IT world, specifically in the areas of Cyber Security, Enterprise Management, Risk Management, and Security Engineering.
In his most recent role as SVP Risk Management and CIO of Sikorsky Finance Credit Union, Brian worked to ensure the security and safety of the organization and its customers, delving deeply into Cybersecurity to ensure protection from security breaches.
Brian’s background is rooted in finance, with specialized work in the credit union arena, however, his career has led him into multiple industries, all with the objective of strengthening the security of the enterprise and performing current and cutting-edge application of technology and its advances.
Operating in the top tier executive realm, Brian is adept at dealing directly with key decision makers from world organizations and assisting teams in the selection and implementation of advanced systems in security and risk management.
He is a globally recognized public speaker and selected to educated corporate executive audiences on topics related to Cybersecurity and Enterprise Risk Management.
Brian is a native of Connecticut and a graduate of the University of New Haven, West Haven, CT. He brings 20+ years of experience to Black Swan Technologies and its customers and is continually expanding his knowledge base, network, and service offerings to best suit the needs of his customers.
